Wellbeing Events

I currently hold wellbeing circles and forest feasts. I am deeply passionate about human connection, mental wellbeing, and the healing power of nature - this is the passion behind creating these events. In a world where many people feel disconnected, rushed, or isolated, I believe there is something powerful about creating spaces where people can slow down, be themselves, and connect with others in a meaningful way. Both of these events create opportunities for people to connect with nature, with others, and with themselves but they do so in slightly different ways. The Wellbeing circles offer an opportunity for honest conversation, reflection, growth and support, while forest dinners bring people together around shared experiences in nature.

Wellbeing Circles

A space to connect, reflect and grow.

My wellbeing circles are a supportive non-judgmental group of about 6-8 where we connect as individuals. We can talk, reflect, share (no pressure to share) and learn together.

As the facilitator of the circle I will guide this group. The circles will be held once or twice a month and will consist of a different subject topic each circle. For example, in one circle I may talk about trauma and the effects trauma has on the body or energy chakras and the importance of healthy energy flow.

Each circle will have some form of meditation, some breath and colour healing work . It will also have some form of thought provoking philosophy and challenging belief systems where we reflect and share. There will then also be intention setting and angel cards.

If you are interested in knowing dates and further information on the next upcoming circle, please do message me.

Forest Feasts

Forest Feasts are much more than outdoor meals—they are immersive experiences that bring people together through food, nature, and meaningful connection.

I created my Forest Feasts because I believe that some of life's most meaningful moments happen when people gather around a table, share stories, and spend time in nature. By bringing together food, community and the outdoors, Forest Feasts create a space where people can slow down, connect authentically, and experience the positive impact that nature and human connection can have on wellbeing.

What makes my Forest Feasts truly unique is that each dining experience is inspired by the seven chakras of the body. The dinner consists of seven courses, with each course representing one of the seven chakras through colour, ingredients, and intention. As guests journey through the meal they explore a rainbow of seasonal, natural foods, with each colour representing different qualities and nutritional benefits. For example, red foods can symbolise grounding and vitality, orange foods creativity and joy, yellow foods confidence and energy, green foods balance and compassion, blue and purple foods communication and intuition, and white foods clarity and connection.

Forest Feasts are designed to nourish both body and mind. They offer an opportunity to experience the calming effects of nature, enjoy wholesome food, engage in meaningful conversation, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and connected.

Woodland Walking Meditation

With my walking meditations it gives us a chance to Step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself in the calming surroundings of woodland.

Unlike seated meditation, walking meditation combines gentle movement with mindful awareness, helping you slow down, become present, and deepen your connection with both nature and your body. As we walk amongst the trees, you'll be guided to really focus on being present, noticing your breath, senses, and surroundings, creating space to release stress and cultivate inner calm.

Spending time in nature can support nervous system regulation, helping the body shift from a state of stress and overwhelm into one of rest, restoration, and balance. The gentle rhythm of walking, combined with mindful breathing and the sensory experience of the woodland environment, can help stimulate the vagus nerve, a key part of the parasympathetic nervous system that supports relaxation, emotional regulation, and overall wellbeing.

These Sesions offer an opportunity to:

Alongside the benefits of nature and mindfulness, these walks provide a space for genuine human connection. Sharing time outdoors with others can foster a sense of belonging, community, and support, reminding us that wellbeing is nurtured not only through our relationship with ourselves and nature, but also through meaningful connection with others.

Following the walk, we gather together to enjoy a warming cup of flower tea, offering time to reflect, connect, and gently transition back into the rest of your day. This simple ritual creates a peaceful ending to the experience, allowing you to savour the calm and grounding effects of the practice.

Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, woodland walking meditation provides a nurturing and accessible way to support your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

I had a wonderful Reiki session with Elise. From the moment she placed her hands near me, I felt an immense warmth and heat radiating from them, unlike anything I’ve experienced before. The sensation was deeply comforting and seemed to flow through my whole body, helping me relax completely. Throughout the session, Elise created a calm, safe, and peaceful atmosphere. By the end, I genuinely felt different: lighter, more balanced, and deeply refreshed. It felt as though tension had been released and my energy had shifted in a positive way. I’m very grateful for the experience and would highly recommend Elise to anyone considering Reiki or energy healing.
